AI-Assisted Process Design
Map the workflow, find where judgment lives, and build AI into the process — not on top. You get a process that scales without adding headcount.
Available for Q3 & Q4 engagements
I'm a senior operations and strategy leader helping high-growth companies turn operational chaos into systems that are repeatable, sustainable, and scalable — with processes designed for AI, not bolted on as an after-thought.

§ Approach
Most AI initiatives don't fail in the pilot. They fail during rollout. I bring deep experience in program management, usability research, and regulated industries to the messy work of implementation—the handoffs, the exceptions, and the decisions no one wrote down.
§ Services
Every engagement starts with a scoped diagnostic — no vague retainers, no theater.
Map the workflow, find where judgment lives, and build AI into the process — not on top. You get a process that scales without adding headcount.
A structured teardown of where your operation leaks time, quality, or margin — with a prioritized plan you can act on in weeks, not quarters.
Embedded program leadership for a defined mission: certification, launch, remediation, or an AI rollout. I stay until the results are real.
HITRUST, FDA, PHI. If your operation lives inside a regulator's line of sight, I've built the controls, evidence, and cadences to hold up.

§ Testimonials
“Jessica is a rare operator — give her a blank page and a hard problem, and she'll hand you a running program. At FuturHealth, she built our entire clinical and business compliance function from the ground up. She incubated our corporate IT team, guided the company through HITRUST certification, and stood up the clinical partnerships function before seamlessly transitioning it into my organization.”
“As Head of Operations, Jessica was an invaluable partner on complex revenue expansion initiatives — both with existing customers and new partners. She brought sharp operational judgment to every conversation: surfacing nuanced context, flagging potential pitfalls early, and helping navigate the critical decisions that determined project success.”
“I’ve hired Jessica at three companies over my career, most recently at FuturHealth and before that at Noom. The reason is simple — she delivers. Jessica is what I’d call an operational architect. At FuturHealth, a fast-moving healthcare startup where you rarely have the luxury of a full functional team, she repeatedly did something most people can’t: she stepped into a critical gap, built the function from scratch, and handed it off cleanly when the business was ready to hire a dedicated owner. She did this across clinical operations, compliance operations, and our HITRUST i1 certification program. Each one structured for impact, transferable by design. That’s not just execution. That’s building the organizational foundation for sustainable growth. Over time she developed sharper communications and cross-functional collaboration, evolved her tools and approach with and without AI, and delivered smoother handoffs. Her impact outlasted her involvement — which is a rare and valuable skill. Here’s what I know operationally: when I give Jessica a complex mission with real stakes, it gets done. Thoroughly, correctly, with every stakeholder in the loop. No drama, no ego, no need for hand-holding. She is strategically focused, relentlessly detail-oriented, and adaptable in ways that matter when the business is moving fast and priorities shift. She thrives in high-growth companies where ambiguity is the norm and the work is always ahead of the headcount. If I could hire her again, I would. I have. That’s my recommendation.”
“Some people understand a business from many angles and use that to get the best work from people and drive better customer experiences. That's Jessica. She becomes the glue that creates the 1+1=3 dynamic of a great team. Everyone in marketing knew that partnering with her would help us protect and improve the customer experience.”
“Jessica is one of those rare operators who makes everyone around her better at their job. Her compliance oversight of our GLP-1 promotional materials was meticulous. We moved fast, but Jessica made sure we never cut corners on regulatory requirements. What stood out most was how she approached AI. She didn't just adopt it, she built the infrastructure for it.”
§ Ethos
“I turn operational chaos into measurable outcomes — structure to ambiguity, alignment to competing priorities, and rigor to the decisions that matter.”
§ About
Based in Littleton, Colorado. Working with clients across the US and remote-first teams globally.
My career began in usability research — spending time watching real people struggle with real software at Fannie Mae, the American Red Cross post-9/11, and PwC. That lens never left. It's the same instinct I bring to AI today: the model is easy, the human system around it is where the value lives.
I've since led operations and technical account management for regulated healthcare (FuturHealth, Noom), directed a HITRUST certification from ground zero, and shipped AI-assisted review workflows adopted company-wide.
